The PHAT Difference

At PHAT Bars, we don’t cut corners and we certainly don’t outsource. Every product we create is crafted from the ground up right here in Australia, using premium locally sourced materials. Here's how we do it:

  1. Only the Toughest Steel Makes the Cut

    Aussie Sourced Steel

We start with the best—high-grade Australian steel, chosen for its strength, reliability, and durability in the harshest conditions. Proudly supporting local suppliers.

  2. Precision Welding by Aussie Hands

    Welded On Site

Our experienced team gets to work welding each component with precision. Whether it's a bullbar, rear bar, or side steps—every weld is done by hand, in-house, by skilled fabricators who know 4x4s inside out.

  3. Maximum Control for a Tougher Finish

    In-House Powdercoating Facilities

Once fabricated, we move the product to our state-of-the-art powdercoating booth. We control every stage of the finish for a tough, long-lasting coat that looks as good as it performs.

  4. Nothing Leaves Until It’s Spot-On

    Quality Checked & Carefully Packed

Every item is inspected thoroughly before it leaves our hands. From weld integrity to powdercoat consistency, we’re perfectionists. Then we package it securely, so it gets to you in pristine condition.

  5. Delivered Safe, Wherever You Are

Loaded Securely With Our Trusted Freight Partners

Once packed, your order is handed off to one of our reputable freight partners, who we trust to deliver safely and on time—whether you’re in the city, the bush, or somewhere in between.
