**PHAT Bars PTY LTD T-Shirt Giveaway: Queensland Category 4 Trade Promotion**
1. **Eligibility**: The PHAT Bars PTY LTD Competition (“Competition”) is open to all residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry, excluding employees of PHAT Bars PTY LTD and their immediate family members.
2. **Promoter**: PHAT Bars PTY LTD, ABN 31 627 779 551, 5 Leonard Cres Brendale, QLD 4500
3. **Entry Period**: The Competition commences on April 8, 2024, and concludes on June 30, 2024 (“Entry Period”).
4. **How to Enter**: To enter the Competition, participants must purchase any of the three new t-shirt designs available from PHAT Bars PTY LTD during the Entry Period. Each purchase of a qualifying t-shirt design constitutes one entry into the Competition. Entrants may enter multiple times by purchasing multiple qualifying t-shirt designs.
5. **Prize**: The prize for the Competition is $15,000 (AUD) to spend on PHAT Bars products listed on the PHAT Bars website. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
6. **Winner Selection**: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The draw will take place within seven days after the end of the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. **Notification of Winners**: The winner will be notified via email or phone within seven days after the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification, PHAT Bars PTY LTD reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. **Publicity**: By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to allow PHAT Bars PTY LTD to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. **General Conditions**: PHAT Bars PTY LTD reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Competition, as determined by PHAT Bars PTY LTD in its sole discretion.
10. **Release and Limitations of Liability**: By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to release and hold harmless PHAT Bars PTY LTD, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Competition or receipt or use of any prize.
The entrant is responsible for undertaking the due diligence as to whether the products claimed through the prize money meet their state’s legislative requirements.
11. **Governing Law**: The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
