At PHAT Bars, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase, and we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item/items less a 10% restocking fee. If the item has been shipped you must pay return shipping. The refund will not include the shipping costs for shipped items. For custom orders there is no refund for change of mind or cancelation. The terms of return are provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns if they do not meet these conditions.

To return an item, please contact our customer service team at sales@phatbars.com.au. Please include your order number, name, and reason for the return in your email. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within [number of days] days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty or Defective Products

If you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact our customer service team at sales@phatbars.com.au within a reasonable time. We will require proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt) and may ask for photos or videos of the product to assess the issue.

If we determine that the product is faulty or defective, we will provide you with a refund or replacement, as required by the ACL. If you prefer a refund, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees may be refunded at our discretion.

Consumer Guarantees

Our returns and refund policy is in addition to your rights under the ACL. The ACL provides consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded or modified, including guarantees that goods will be of acceptable quality, fit for a particular purpose, and match the description provided. If there is a discrepancy between our returns and refund policy and your rights under the ACL, the ACL will prevail.
